Friday

Arrival at Castleton Youth Hostel from mid-afternoon onwards. there will be the organising team available from around 2pm onwards. It is important that on arriving you register your arrival with the team and at the same tim, please can you provide at tleast two mobile phone contact numbers for team members, so we have a record of them over the weekend. (It is very important that these mobile phones are left on all weekend whilst you are out and about). You will be issued with your welcome pack and also your room allocation within the hostel. After registration your time is your own, to explore Castleton and the local hostelries for food and drink.

Saturday

Breakfast will be served from 7.30am onwards and the teams out first will be required to be ready to leave the Hostel at 8.15am.   It is important that you are ready to leave at your allocated time. At the end of the hike on Saturday, a bbq has been arranged and an evening of socialising will follow with the other teams.   During the evening details of the days scores and current standings will also be provided as well as start times for the bike event.  

Sunday

As with Saturday breakfast will be provided from 7.30am and as a general rule the quicker teams will start later.   After the bike ride is completed the final scores will be calculated and the winners announced.   Presentations to the winning team will be around 2.00pm so a suitable departure time from the Peak District is planned for those with long journeys.
